YPN Committee Meeting

Mission Statement:
CONNECTING, EMPOWERING, AND ENGAGING REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, and supporting our future-leader REALTORS® by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in three core areas:
• Real Estate Industry: take an active role in discussions and educational opportunities on pressing real estate and advocacy issues, industry news and trends,
• Community: understand the value of community by dedicating time to volunteer for causes they feel passionate about, and to assist the association with community-focused efforts, and
• REALTOR® Association: take an active role in local, state, and national associations by volunteering on committees or leadership, and/or participating in or attending events (ie. General Membership Meetings, State Convention, NAR Conference & Expo, etc.).

Purpose:
The purpose of this committee is to develop opportunities through education and networking to help each other do more and encourage each other to become more. Maintaining their core mission areas: real estate industry, community, and REALTOR® Association, this committee shares ideas to learn, grow, and perform at their best. Through connecting and associating with a group of professionals of the same purpose-driven goals, they become better leaders of the next generation.
