Virtual BNH Qi-Gong
Discover some basic concepts of qi (vital life force energy) to enhance your own awareness about energy. Learn gentle movement routines that can add to anyone's repertoire for health, stress management and fitness.

Qi gong focuses on breath and movement to open up the energy flow in the body. It alleviates lower blood pressure/cholesterol and improve digestion and respiratory conditions.

Join us every Monday from 2 to 3 pm. This is a Drop-In class so feel free to join when you are available.

Membership is a requirement for all BNH programs and this year the fee is not mandatory.
