Hoarding: A Deeper Dive

During this workshop, we will take a deeper dive into the human element and complexity of hoarding disorder. An overview of hoarding disorder, the examination of humans’ relationships with stuff, and how readiness for change impacts interventions will all be explored. Clinicians will learn strategies to evaluate hoarding disorder, as well as cognitive and behavioral strategies to utilize with people with the disorder. The workshop will include didactic and experiential learning. Current research on hoarding and resources available will also be shared
