Virtual Club Meeting with Guest Speaker Dr. Matt Zimmerman

Dr. Matt Zimmerman will be talking to us about coping with the stress of COVID-19 pandemic regarding the isolation some might experience with working from home, lockdowns, and lack of socializing. This topic might better prepare us as we are facing a new spike in cases world wide.

Dr. Matt is a Board Certified Clinical Psychologist of over 20 years, licensed in NY, FL and VA, with a teletherapy practice for professionals and executives. He focuses on helping professional clients with work-life balance, major life transitions and anxiety/stress responses to a range of professional challenges. Dr. Matt is also the Director of Training at The University of Virginia's Counseling & Psychological Services. He has held several national leadership positions, and is the author of Choosing a Psychotherapist: A Guide to Navigating the Mental Health Maze
