Yin with Sheana (Mondays in November)
Welcome to my Yin Yoga Class
Light a candle, dim the nights and join me for a deliciously grounding and healing experience.
Bring 2 blankets, 1 bolster or 2 small cushions from your couch.
Something to cover your eyes like an eye pillow or small towel.
We'll start lying on our backs, folded blanket under the head and bolster under the knees. You may also like to place a blanket over the body to get comfy. We will spend about 15 mins in this position so make sure you're comfortable.

Each class is donation based with a suggested donation of $10. I realize these are difficult times so nobody will be turned away if you cannot afford to donate. Just please email me to let me know. All are welcome.
