Rotary District 7030: Practical Childhood Obesity Prevention Planning Training Series

Maintaining and improving the awareness of and fight against Childhood Obesity through virtual training sessions for Rotary and Rotaract club officers and chairs.

Session Topics and Dates include:

Session #1: 19th October 2022 - The Status of Childhood Obesity Prevention in the Caribbean

Session #2: 18th January 2023 - Grant Proposals for Childhood Obesity Prevention Projects (Part 1)

Session #3: 08th February 2023 - Grant Proposals for Childhood Obesity Prevention Projects (Part 2)

With the efforts we put since 2020 into implementing Childhood Obesity Prevention as a priority program for District 7030, anno 2022, our district can be considered to be in good shape to intensify the fight against childhood obesity and take the Program to the next level.

The focus for the Rotary year 2022–2023 will be on maintaining and continuously improving our performance in every shape and form.
- We will work with you and help you translate science and data into Rotary action.
- We will provide you and equip you with the necessary hands-on information and tools for practical COP project planning.
- We will hold your hand to take and guide you through the process to submit a “District Grant Proposal Application” for a COP project.
- By organizing training programs in collaboration with the District Training Team we will continue support you to collectively reach higher heights.
