A prop based class connecting to our Center. While you may participate in class without props, we will explore movements using the following objects:
- 3' x 6" foam roller
- 2 equally weight objects (like soup cans or hand held weights) under 2lbs.
- a long pole like a mop or broom or paddle
- Pilates ring
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
