Friday Yoga Practice with Hala
Yoga for All Bodies Basics: This class strives to be a class where people of all experience levels, ages, races, cultures, sizes, genders, sexual orientations, and gender expression feel included. The first part of class is spent on the back doing hip and hamstring openers and simple, accessible core stabilization exercises. Then we move into simple standing poses, ending with meditation and savasana. You are in charge of the 'volume dial' of your practice, so you can make this a very gentle practice or you can turn up the heat.
