Explore your creative side in this 90-minute all-levels class. You’ll connect with your body, mind and spirit and spend time in reflection through expressive writing. You'll be guided through Purna Yoga asanas, Heartfull® Meditation techniques and a few minutes of writing to a prompt related to the theme of the class. (If you choose not to write, you’ll be guided into a pose or meditation.) Writing is a fun way to deepen your practice of svadhyaya, or self-study. With its healing and therapeutic qualities, it is also a great form of self-care. This class can supplement a journaling practice or help you begin one. No writing experience is necessary. Bring a notebook, pen and your open-hearted curiosity.
