The Adult Literacy Database, ALD, is a place for adult literacy programs in BC to store and manage program information.
In this webinar you will learn why the ALD was developed, where the data is stored, who can use it, and how to use it. This session is one hour.
Let’s get you started!
Margaret Sutherland, Decoda’s executive director, has 20 years’ experience working in BC’s literacy field. Her experience includes working as a regional manager, communications manager, literacy outreach coordinator, program facilitator, trainer, event planner and tutor. She was on the team that developed the ALD.
Christie Case, Decoda’s database administrator, has a background in fundraising and information management. She understands the importance of non-profits’ ability to report on complex datasets in a way that is meaningful for all stakeholders.
