Afro-Joy Dance Party

Afro-Joy Dance Party was created for all bodies and levels of experience to embody joy and connect with community. This follow along dance party is mainly inspired by Afro-diasporic music and movement. Tatiana Zamir has been teaching this class since 2010 and is excited to offer virtual classes to help uplift the collective through the healing power of dance. Come feel your heartbeat guide you to the rhythms while we elevate our spirit, our health and each other.

Class is 45-60 minutes

COST: $5-$25 sliding scale.
