Radiance Series

I am offering a 4 week course on RADIANCE, with each week focusing on a different yoga set inspired by the incredible teachings of kundalini yoga, and by nuggets I've gathered on my 20 something years journey of practising, researching and sharing spiritual teachings.

These sessions will be streamed LIVE from my home.
Every Monday morning 8am - 9am
Dates: 4th July - 25th July 2022.

The exchange for these sessions is £40 for 4 LIVE classes,
or £11 for individual sessions - you can "pay it forward" for the LIVE sessions if this suits you best :)

FULL COURSE: £40 including class recordings*
PER CLASS: £11 for the LIVE class only.

*Class recordings available for one month after the LIVE session.
