Join us for a 2-hour session on Managing Change and Self-care during COVID-19, with Helen Jenkins and Peter Griffiths
Managing Change during COVID-19: We have all experienced a lot of change, both in our home lives and wider, these last few months. This webinar explores why change can be so difficult, some of the impacts of COVID-19 in terms of change, and we discuss how we feel about change. We look at ways to accept change, and techniques of how to manage change and potentially turn it into an opportunity.
Self-care during COVID-19: Self-care is important all of the time; but never more so than during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. This webinar explores what psychological wellbeing means, and why it is so important; alongside an exploration of methods to improve your psychological wellbeing, with tips you can try at home. Lastly, we’ll look at 10 ways to make sure we self-care during these difficult times and we’ll practice a guided visualisation to finish.
What is 'Me Time'?
'Me Time' is a chance to do something for your own enjoyment. These online sessions, funded by the Welsh Government, are a place where you can get involved in a range of activities that you may not be able to do normally and explore new opportunities. We will be doing all sorts of things ranging from group viewings of the great wonders of the world, to physical exercise to relaxation and mindfulness and so much more.
These sessions are all about you and your wellbeing.
Come along and have some fun, take a break from your daily routine and share different experiences whilst in the company of other carers.
