This class is intended for those looking for an easy pace yoga class.
You will need two blocks, a strap, yoga mat, a chair (could be a dining chair) and free wall space if possible. Don't worry if you don't have all these props for the first class including free wall space.
By registering for this class you agree to the following:

2. When online, it is up to you to assess whether you are able to keep up with the pace and level of instructions imparted by the teacher for the classes that you have decided to enrol for and you will judge your limitations and perform accordingly.
3. You have knowingly voluntarily and expressly waived any claim against Tim Ruddy for any injury or damage that you may sustain as a result of attending these online yoga classes.
4. You are responsible to make sure that you can see and hear the classes properly on your device and also that you possition the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.
