Monday's Yin & Tonic
Safety is an inside job. A regular practice of tapping into "Yin" -- a physio-psycho-spiritual inner climate of patient and trust-filled receptivity -- can help your internal GPS (body-brain-nervous system) navigate extended moments of both personal and collective pressures.

In this weekly practice, we'll do some gentle movement + long-held Yin poses that target the body's connective tissue and energetic meridians -- along with elements of breath, inquiry and the occasional surprise, based on Yael's "feeling" of the Zoom room.
