Spend an hour with us and be guided through individual, partner and group exercises designed with care to give you the opportunity to deeply connect with yourself and others.
This is your chance to stretch into vulnerability, strengthen your empathy muscles, and give yourself some love - all in a sacred and supportive space.
Each session flexes and flows a little differently, but will include:
A safe space for sharing authentically - whether good, bad, ugly or lovely
Practicing being fully present with another human being and listening without judgement or response
Exploring eye contact as a source of connection (yes, it even works through a screen!)
Using self-soothing touch to calm your nervous system and fill you with warm fuzzies
Tools to help you create more meaningful connection with the people in your life
No prior experience or equipment needed. (Although you may want to keep water and a pillow nearby, just in case. ;)
