Senior Fitness Class via Zoom with Shelby
Join Shelby Conn, Sports & Healthy Lifestyles Director, of the Flushing YMCA for a 50 minute class targeting our active older adults. This is a full body workout with additional practice for posture, hand-eye coordination and functional agility.
Suggested equipment includes an armless chair, bath towel, 2 canned goods and a roll of toilet paper. Please note, all exercises can be done either standing or sitting.
