Speaker Bio:
Mrs. Cooksey has more than more than 17 years of healthcare customer service and project management experience. She oversees multiple Performant Healthcare Customer Service Teams; closely monitoring performance to ensure outstanding customer service delivery for the CMS RAC Region 1, Region 2 and the national contract for Region 5 as well as multiple commercial client contracts.
