Join Abby for a new 4-week series on Yoga with Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion! Each week, we will explore a different aspect of our yoga practice, as it relates to scoliosis and spinal fusion. Each session will consist of a 60-min Hatha practice, followed by a 30-min mini-workshop on the day's topic.
Topics will include:
- ways to lengthen the spine
- ways to strengthen the spine and core
- safe ways to side-bend and twist with scoliosis
- safe alternatives to side-bends and twists with spinal fusion
- breathing techniques specific to working with scoliosis
