Take a midday break to ground and recenter with a steady, all levels slow flow, led by Mikki Trowbridge. Within each class we will connect with our body and our breath, and will focus into a movement or an action within our poses to guide us into mindful concentration and deepening our understanding of the asana practice and ourselves. All yogis are welcome. Lots of options will be given to accommodate all levels of yogis, and to make sure those who don’t want to get sweaty will be able to head back to the office (or your dining room table) without a shower.
