Rainy Day Tai Chi Thursday mornings
Rainy Day Tai Chi is a shortened condensed version of the yang style long form. When you have less room to practice and perhaps have to go indoors Rainy Day Tai Chi is the perfect movement series to practice.

• Enjoy coordinated movement with more energy
Thursdays mornings for 6 weeks

Time: 10:30am, each class is one hour
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Classes will be recorded for participants to practice with during the week.
