Breathe & Release
This is weekly breath and relaxation class, open to anyone who would like to improve their lung function and regulate their nervous system.

You will be guided through a breath based pranayama, relaxation or meditation practice, using the sound of my voice. The class is taught in stages, giving you the option to go a little deeper as you gain confidence.

The class helps to calm the nervous system and build emotional resilience, leaving you more able to face the challenges of your day.

It's best to wear warm, comfortable clothing. Have a blanket and thin cushion to ensure you will be warm and comfortable throughout the practice.

Suitable for new and experienced yoga students, this class is a wonderful opportunity to build community and connection through the shared energy of a group practice. This is a lovely practice for anyone living with chronic pain, CFS/ME or long covid.
