Kundalini Yoga for the Body, Mind and Spirit
Kundalini yoga is much more than just yoga! It focuses on the connections  between your mind, body and spirit to increase strength, character and awareness. Also called the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini yoga helps you release your dormant creative energy, and connect to your authentic self. It teaches techniques that expand your perception of the universe, helping you  break unconscious limitations and self-doubts and connect you to your  infinite potential to all that is possible. When you're connected to your true Infinite Self, you have the intuition and power to make conscious choices that can support your identity within the world. Kundalini yoga’s primary objective is to awaken the full potential of every human being and for all beings to be healthy, happy, and holy.

Each class include discussion, yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. This series is great for beginners as well as yogis/yoginis of all levels!

Note: There will be no class on April 19th.

Zoom space will open approximately 6:20pm CST each Tuesday to allow time for check-in before class begins at 6:30pm. Classes normally end at 7:45pm.
