Anyone may join the La Jolla Community Planning Association who is a resident, property owner, or business owner in La Jolla (or an owner's designee). There are no dues or other costs of membership, although LJCPA welcomes contributions. Meetings are open to the public, and do not require membership.
You can join LJCPA by visiting https://lajollacpa.org/membership-application/ and completing the form. Membership takes effect 28 days after the form is submitted. To vote in Trustee elections or on other LJCPA membership business, you must (a) be a member and (b) have attended at least one meeting in the 12 months up to and including the election/business meeting. LJCPA reserves the right to verify information provided on the application.
LJCPA Trustees meet the 1st Thursday of each month. The online session goes live by 5:45pm so that participants (especially presenters) can ensure technology is working. The meeting proper begins at 6pm.
Agendas and Materials pages for individual meetings are available via links on the LJCPA website: https://lajollacpa.org/2023-agendas-minutes/
