Lunch & Learn - Making Stress Work For You - Undoing. Doing. Redoing.
This Lunch & Learn is hosted by coaching psychologist, Lauretta Cundy.

What should I expect?
This session will explore how you can make stress work for you. What is stress? What are the signs and symptoms to look out for? How can you turn stress to your advantage and make it work for you?

The session will be a 30 minute talk followed by a 15 minute Q&A session

Who is it for?
For those who want to understand how they can work with the stressors and challenges life presents.

What will I learn?
We'll look at what stress actually is and what signs and symptoms to lookout for. I'll then discuss the ways in which some stress is actually required in order for us to perform at our optimal levels – contrary to popular belief, not all stress is bad!

More About Lauretta Cundy
Lauretta is a coaching psychologist, working with organisations and individuals around the world to to equip them to move towards a better quality of life where they can flourish and thrive!
Her approach is one of evidence-based coaching with a focus on stress management and resilience. She draws knowledge from a background of counselling, coaching and organisational psychology. 
Lauretta has a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology and multiple coaching qualifications – including bereavement counselling and trauma-informed coaching. She is also an accredited psychometric and personality practitioner. Currently undertaking a Doctorate, Lauretta is developing the concept of the ‘Grey Space’ – the area where boundaries between therapy and coaching blur.
