This 6 weeks aims to invite new comers to join in the Pilates unique movement and fun that this class has to offer, And for those who have been coming regularly, to get back to core basics of Pilates, refining technique building on solid foundations.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of movement and exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. My aim is to bring positivity and fun to Pilates. To be inclusive of all abilities and bodies. And to provide a safe environment for you to move your body!
