A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 45 min class for kids to adults that incorporates Martial Arts and Gymnastics movements. The workout itself will be as hard as you want to make it. We’ll be doing the moves for a certain amount of time. The goal is to do as many repetitions as possible. If you need to pause or take a break, go slower, go faster - the challenge is up to you!
