STRivE is 10 weekly lessons that repeat on an on-going basis for individuals with mental health challenges. You may start the class at any time. STRivE creates a safe and supportive environment for learning skills and tools for recovery. You can be anywhere in your journey of recovery, either new to recovery or if you need a boost.
Strive Lessons include: Improve self-esteem; Manage impulse behavior; Effective communication; Creating social support; Controlling anger; Manage stress; Creating health boundaries; Develop problem-solving skills; Improve sleep hygiene; Resiliency.
Meets every Thursday from 1:00 - 2:30 PM.
