Virtual Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Lucila- All Levels
Trauma Sensitive Yoga is based on the understanding of trauma as an experience that impacts the entire mind-body system. It focuses on creating a safe environment for the participant to experience their own body sensations and emotions. Through body awareness, breath practice and physical movement, the aim is to give the person tools for self regulation, not only on the mat, but in life.
