Take Care Thursdays Mindfulness Practice
Self-care is no longer negotiable. Mindfulness practice as part of self-care offers the opportunity to release, re-center and refresh as we learn how to meet stress in productive ways, regulate emotions, learn about ourselves, strengthen the ability to respond intentionally and even rest more deeply. 

All you need to participate is a phone, computer or smart device, a little space and the willingness to experience how mindfulness may benefit you.
