Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga with Robyn - 1st Sat of each Month
This is a quiet, mindful meditation and movement class and open to all levels.
We begin with slow nurturing mindful movement for about 25 minutes and end with guided meditation and relaxation.
Each class will open space for self inquiry, encouraging you to notice the feelings and sensations within the body and to calm the swirling thoughts of the mind.

The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
The poses will be gentle, help with circulation and improve range of motion.

Please have a block and/or pillow and a strap (or long scarf) available for ease and modifications.

Please pay in advance for each class.

Suggested minimum donation of $10 - $15 per person/per class. to
Venmo to @Robyn-Povich please add a 3% fee to cover their service charge.
