Sometimes we need to gather and ground; sometimes we need to move and motivate. WE Focus and Flow sessions will be a mix of strength, mobility, and mind/body work intended to help cultivate steady hearts, steady minds, and steady nerves. Individual session descriptions will give participants an opportunity to gather simple equipment, plan schedules, and ask questions in advance; all sessions will be scalable and accessible. Time spent in community for WE Focus and Flow community will be oriented around finding space to breathe and move, exploring “stuckness,” and becoming stronger every day.
