Within us there is a place of infinite space and profound peace that remains untouched by the conditions that surround us. Through the study and practice of Yoga we discover how to organize and mobilize the body-mind to seek and find the inner source of unshakeable serenity and eternal joy.

In this series of classes we will learn:

*how the skillful practice of asana and pranayama support us in curating physical, mental and emotional well-being.

*specific sequences to balance both overactive/anxious and dull/melancholic states

*key, philosophical concepts from the traditional texts that unlock the door to the heart of all that Yoga has to offer.
