In this class, Jess Adams, a professional dance and acrobat, will warm up specific muscle groups that will then be strengthened, toned, and actively and passively stretched. These exercises will support your overall physical health while increasing your strength and range of motion. While geared toward the dancer/circus artist this class will help anyone trying to stay at the top of their game! Classes are virtual and free but donations are always welcomed!
