Join Trainer Jay McClintonon for our #MBBAMoves virtual workout series. Jay's class will be a free 45 minute Zoom workout session featuring a combination of Yoga, animal movements, calisthenics, HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) & mindfulness. This session is intended for attendees with a general fitness level. Attendees should modify based on their fitness condition.
