Time away from your office provides space and distance for reflection on the in-office experience. Chances are, the majority of what you think about—good, bad, or ugly—comes back to your organization’s culture.
But how might you think about culture in a more structured way? What is to be done about culture when you’re not interacting with colleagues in person? And, most difficult of all, how might you, as a current or rising Product Executive, shape it in light of the opportunities and challenges presented by the current crisis?
This session certainly won’t have all the answers, but some to get you thinking and acting, even from your home office.
