In Anusara Yoga, we begin with the premise that we are a multi-layered being. Through the practice we orient more clearly within each layer, from our physical body all the way to the depth of the Bliss of the Heart, Ananda. One way that we look to explore and express our many faceted Self more fully is through the second of the three A's of Anusara Yoga, Alignment. For this presentation, we will begin with a few maps and concepts to set us up to move into a short and pointed practice to honor and hold dear the mysterious, and often elusive, presence of the throbbing bliss of our own Heart.
