If you are wanting better nutrition habits to be a part of your family's wellness journey but not sure how to introduce it in a way younger kids will want to participate, this class is for you!

This intro class is great for all family members, ages 4+. It introduces the idea of placing the foods we eat into categories by how often we should enjoy them rather than labeling foods as "good" or "bad."
