JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL ONLINE COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS EVENT.
Roundabout's Community Conversations aim to foster reflection, conversation, and connection, striving to deepen an experience with the play and each other. In partnership with the New York Public Library, Roundabout is pleased to create space for audience members to share their experience, building a sense of mutual understanding and therefore, a stronger community.
Led by Roundabout Teaching Artists and NYPL Branch Staff, the Community Conversations are free and open to all who watch one or more of The Refocus Project plays: RACHEL, HOME, I GOTTA HOME, SPUNK, and WINE IN THE WILDERNESS.
Don't forget: REFOCUS readings have a specific view time for each play. You have until May 24 to watch the last play before the Community Conversations on June 2.
More Information About the Event
Community Conversations are small group discussions moderated by Roundabout Teaching Artists and NYPL Branch Staff using specially designed reflective prompts, after which, participants are welcome to stay and mingle. For our June 2 virtual session, we will keep the Zoom meeting open for anyone who would like to stay, talk with fellow participants, and get to know each other better.
If you have any questions about Roundabout’s Community Conversation, please contact our Education team at email@example.com.
