MEET UP ONLINE (16 JUNE 2022): HOW TO BUILD & LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM

Agile Circles is the largest agile community in Indonesia. We started in 2016 and have since then grown to over 5000 people. The mission of the community is to spread agile awareness + support agile practitioners. Enterprises often struggle to adopt agile on a wider scale. Our community offers the support to learn how to do that.

One of our efforts to spread agile awareness is to hold various regular events, such as the Agile Chat as a forum for community members to discuss, exchange ideas and solutions related to agile implementation in professional and personal life. This Agile Chat activity is open to all community members from various professional circles. In this event, Indonesia's agile circle raised the topic "How to Build & Lead a High-Performance Team".

This event aims to provide the understanding and motivate participants to build and lead a high-performance team in their respective organizations and companies.
