Theosophical Resilience in Troubled Times - Kurt Leland
One definition of resilience is knowing--or quickly being able to figure out--what to do next under any set of circumstances. During troubled times, our resilience is often taxed to its limits and beyond. How do we remain engaged with our personal, family, community, and spiritual life in such conditions? Is it possible to maintain strength, courage, and even cheerful equanimity in the face of serious challenges to our health and well-being? In this talk, Kurt Leland, an international lecturer for the Theosophical Society, suggests a number of Theosophical teachings that can help us develop and maintain resilience during troubled times.

Kurt Leland is the author of several books, including Invisible Worlds: Annie Besant on Psychic and Spiritual Development, Rainbow Body: A History of the Western Chakra System from Blavatsky to Brennan, and The Multidimensional Human: Practices for Psychic Development and Astral Projection.
