Wednesdays 9:30am Gentle Yoga + Meditation by Donation
Unwind in a slow-paced combination of gentle postures and movements infused with the breath. This relaxing class is designed to bring balance to the body and the mind. Class will end with 5 minutes of guided breath-work and meditation. All levels are welcome.
