Salve: Breathe and Stretch
Research suggests that a couple minutes a day of deep breathing and gentle stretching can lower your stress, decrease muscle tension and headaches. Join us for 30 minutes of breathing and stretching to let go of your stress and replenish your energy.
Program Objectives:
• Identify 3 stress breathing patterns
• Learn how breathing and stretching reduces stress
• Learn breathing and stretching techniques that can be done right at your desk
