ARRM Presents Third Annual Prayer for the Black World
Third Annual Prayer for the Black World
We invite you to join us in worship with Black Christian leaders on the Resurrection Prayer Line. We're gathering to honor God for the redemption and transformation of the souls and lives of our people whether in the U.S., Africa, the Caribbean, and elsewhere. Participants will offer prayers for God's grace for the overall health care, economic justice, cultural de-assimilation, and unity of Black people worldwide. "If my people who are called by my name.... pray and seek my face, then I will hear from heaven....and heal the land." - 2 Chronicles 7:14.

The merciful God of our Ancestors heeded the prayers of the First Annual Prayer for the Black World against the impact of COVID-19 on the African people. At the time, a U.N. report stated that COVID-19 was on the verge of ravaging Africa, and 1.2 billion people would be affected and up to 10 million Africans would be killed. We cried out from our hearts to the Lord against this from happening. He heard us and acted on our behalf. The Africa Liberation Day was established by the first summit of African leaders in Accra, Ghana in 1958, to honor the martyrs of Africa's freedom and to accelerate the struggle against the evils of colonialism, imperialism, neo-colonialism, and racism.
