Seated Tai Chi- Moving for Better Balance
Improve your balance, mobility, walking and physical and mental well-being with seated Tai Chi; an adaptation from the traditional art of Tai Ji Quan. The class is specifically for seniors that use a cane, walker or wheelchair and is taught from the seated position. Practice 8 forms of balance techniques and progressive movement drills to improve body control essential to activities of daily life. It is highly recommended to attend every class to gain maximum benefits.

David Nakamaejo is the President of Comforting Hands Hawai`i and is certified in Tai Ji Quan.
