Young People's Event

Are you aged 13-25yrs? Do you have a heart problem that you were born with? We would like to hear what you think:
1. Help us get things right for young people growing up with a heart problem
2. Would you like to meet other young people on a regular basis? Tell us what that might look like?
3. The Somerville Heart Foundation https://sfhearts.org.uk/ are able to fund an event for young people in the North-West of England. What sort of event this should be? What ideas do you have?

It will be very friendly and informal with staff that you know
