Collectively Building Sustainable and Resilient Global Value Chains
Addressing challenges in global supply/value chains has emerged as a priority discussion point for trade and economic partners, especially post the COVID-19 pandemic. The discourse and emerging actions/initiatives have been further shaped by geopolitical developments and conflicts in various parts of the world. Some of these and related recent developments have considerable implications on India and other emerging economies. In order to achieve the common goals around sustainability and resilience, it is critical that there is a balanced dialogue and well-informed understanding of the realities and context among all collaborating partners.

The Centre for Responsible Business and CSR-Europe are organising a virtual panel discussion entitled “Collectively Building Sustainable and Resilient Global Value Chains.” The aim of the discussion is to understand how should countries that are part of global value chains collaborate to achieve common goals on sustainability and resilience? What has been the experiences in such collaboration, what are key lessons for the future, and what are changing expectations in the stakeholder roles?

This dialogue is part of a project being undertaken by CRB in partnership with the Aston Business School, UK and with support from IDRC, Canada.

We look forward to your registration and participation at the event.
