Women+Health: Mindfulness Movement for Women with Camilla
'Green Fingers Calm Minds' is a project run by Women+Health helping improve people's wellbeing. In this group class we will explore mindfulness practices such as breathework, body scanning and meditation so that we can use these grounding and nourishing techniques in our everyday lives to help bring about calm, peace and relaxation.
