Step into a peaceful space...let go of distractions and learn to settle the mind, connect with the breath, body and heart through the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness meditation helps us gain deeper insight and clarity of mind which helps support self-discovery, healing and learning to integrate this practice into our daily lives.
During this event we will practice:
• Guided and silent mindfulness meditations.
• Walking meditations
• Opportunities to practice both indoors and outdoors.
• Mindful eating meditation (Light snacks to be provided).
• Short Dharma/Mindfulness talk
• Opportunity for questions and sharing to help integrate the day's experience.
