While American attention has been largely focused on the presidential election, Israelis have been taking to the streets for months to demand democratic and social reforms. Join T’ruah and the New Israel Fund to learn about this magnificent movement and its implications for the United States.

Neta Hamami Tabib Dror is T'ruah's Israel Program Manager. She has a long history as an activist, educator, and group facilitator of youth and adult groups dealing with issues of identity and social justice. As a Mizrachi woman, Neta has been a teacher of Torah and social justice at Bina since 2014.

Tzlil Rubinshtein is a community organizer for Democracy, Human and Civil Rights organizations at Shatil, NIF’s action arm in Israel.. A peace and environmental activist, she is formerly the national spokesperson of “Green Course,” the largest environmental activism organization is Israel.
